You include shipping and they ship the fish to you if your proxy wins.

Can you guys take some pictures of your killifish racks and maybe a couple of the setups? I am trying to see what I am aiming to do.

Let's start a new thread for this question. We are getting off topic too much already.

I just visited my favorite Killi friend in rockford and picked up some neat new killies

    Epiplatys lamottei
    Nematolebias pappiliferus
    Aphyosemion volcanum

I also have eggs from 6 different nothobranchius species coming this week.

That is really cool. Where are you going to put all the new fish if you are "down sizing" soon?

I never said I was actually downsizing. Just that losing 15-20% of our income to what's been going on lately is making me have to rethink things a little bit. For example I'm trying to put an exhaust fan in rather than run a dehumidifier all the time and things like that. I am also switching to 3 overhead lights that provide most hours of light with individual tank lights only on for a few hours. Stuff like that.

I brought back a couple killies from Gabon that are settling in nicely:

Aphyo. striatum 'Lambarene' - but I think I only have one male.

Aphyo. camerunense - lots of these

at least he's one happy male. I'm curious to see these A. camerunense. I just picked about 15 eggs from my A. volcanum, and My A. elberti ntuhi have a bunch of eggs eyeing up

I picked a few blue gularis eggs the other day. They would not spawn in the peat I gave them, but they have started to use the yarn mop that I added that lays on the bottom of the tank. I need to get some more black worms into them, but I need a refrigerator to keep them in. My wife won't let me keep them in the kitchen frig anymore.

Try a styro with a refreezable ice pack in the bottom and the worms above it with a small piece of styrofoam between them Dave. Basically an old school fridge that needs a little attention every few days.

I'm hopeing to get in the following wild killies this week (all lamp eye types):

    Aplochelichthys stigmatopygus "Fifinda"
Aplochelichthys scheeli....I had these a number of yeas ago and I feel it's THE BEST looking Aplochelichthys I've everhad!
    Aplochelichthys normani
    Procatopus cf.similis "Kopongo"
    Procatopus nototaenia "Kribi"

    Dave,
You think those imports are killing you, how do you think I feel seeing all those cool fish and me with ZERO that's ZERO with a capital Z tanks. Hopefully they will still be around this fall. Enjoy them.
